We get it—plans (and wind forecasts) can change. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to move your lesson. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable since we block that time for you. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll do our best to reschedule or refund you.
Kiteboarding depends on the wind, not the rain—so if it’s just light rain and the wind is good, we’re still on! But if conditions aren’t safe or ideal, we’ll reschedule your lesson for another time that works for you. We always put your safety (and fun) first.
You’ll meet your instructor on the beach, usually at Kite Beach or Cabarete Beach—they’re just a short walk from each other. We’ll confirm the exact spot with you ahead of time depending on wind conditions and your instructor’s schedule.
Nope! We welcome complete beginners, seasoned riders looking to level up, and everyone in between. Your instructor will tailor the lesson to your skill level.
